Our
special guest this year is Mary Mulari. She will present her seminar,
Sewing Inspirations. If variety is the spice of sewing life, wait until
you see Mary Mulari’s collection of clever sewing projects.
She will share ideas for sweatshirts, applique, travel accessories, embroidery
machine applique, her pattern collection and samples from her frequent guest
appearances on PBS television’s “Sewing with Nancy.” She specializes in
easy-to-sew, yet classy totes, garment embellishments, and projects ranging from
A(aprons) to Z (zippers). Mary will inspire and entertain you with her latest
sewing inspirations and send you home eager to start sewing. For a great time
and lots of new ways to use your sewing machine, don’t miss this seminar.
Mary Mulari has presented her creative sewing seminars around the U.S. since 1983. She has developed a national reputation for her unique embellishments, accessories, appliques and her stylish, clever ideas. She has appeared as a guest on 35 programs of “Sewing with Nancy” and has written 21 sewing books. Her company, Mary’s Productions, publishes her patterns. Mary has also designed fabric for Marcus Brothers and machine embroidery/applique cards for several companies. Her ideas and projects appeal to sewing and quilting fans of all ability levels. Mary lives in Aurora, Minnesota.
A delicious Lunch Buffet will be served including Lemon Rosemary Grilled Chicken Breast, Green Bean Almonde, Roasted New Potatoes, Bread Pudding, and your choice of Tea, Lemonade, or Water.
There will be plenty of shopping including many of Mary Mulari’s products and the Guild Library Book clearance. Also, bring those Guild dollars to shop our Guild store.
