The DFW-ASG Fall Charity Sew-In will be making Taglets and Gel Pad Covers for Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth TX

A Taglet is a square of polar fleece backed with a silky fabric with a cotton flannel ear and tail that is given to younger patients to hold close to their faces or just to rub.

A gel pad is used to soothe the babies and the cover is made of polar fleece since it is right next to the baby’s skin.

Both are simple to make.  Patterns and instructions will be provided, or click on the links below to see instructions now!  Materials will be provided as well, but bring your scraps of polar fleece, silkies, cotton flannels, and ribbons.

You will need your sewing machine, an extension cord, and a basic sewing kit.

We will be sewing at 2912 Pafford St in Fort Worth
